To order direct
Please provide the following information
Payment and completion
A 50% non returnable deposit is payable in advance and the the remainder on completion of the portrait.
When your portrait is finished I will email a scan for approval then it will be posted to you on receipt of the balance payment.
Payment can be by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.
Details of how to pay by your preferred method will be provided after the order has been placed.

- Media - pencil, pastel or watercolour
- Size
- Your name and country of residence
- If there is a particular date the portrait is needed by
- How you found out about my portraits

Photographs
Choose your favourite photo!
A good quality image that captures the character of the subject will produce the best result. If your photograph looks like them then the finished portrait will too.
The face should be large enough to see the features clearly - bigger is better. The photo must include all of the head. Images downloaded from social media are usually not suitable as they are too small. Best to send the original digital image emailed full size.
Photos taken in natural light are best. Outdoors or next to a window. Try not to photograph the pet or person from above.
I usually work from one main photograph, but with pet portraits you can send additional images to help with detail and colouring.
Small edits are possible and I can combine different photos in one portrait.
